The Junior High School @Göttweig was ceremonially inaugurated accompanied by a lovely Get Together afterwards in the gardens of the monastery. The ceremony started off with a warm greeting from our board of director, Bianca Brantner, who presented the vision and idea behind the Junior High School. The holy ceremony was held by Abt Columban, head of Göttweig. He blessed the school to start out in good graces. The principal of the elementary school, Petra Wolfsberger, gifted a vine to the school and a second one will be planted in Krems to materialize the special connection between the two schools. Finally, Abt Columban cut the ribbon to formally open the school. Balloons were sent into the sky and the guests enjoyed snacks and drinks in the sun.
